GL Heffner Security Consultants, Inc. will provide in-depth training to security staff to include interactive table top exercises, role playing and comprehensive report writing scenarios.  The on the job training portion will include working with security officers at the high volume areas such as front desk and other pertinent access points.  The focus of the training is to engage the security staff to interact during the training rather than sitting through a generic “internet purchased” security training video.

Following the site assessment and the training session GL Heffner Security Consultants, Inc. will submit a comprehensive “findings and recommendations” written report.  This will allow management to strengthen any security deficiencies or staffing in order to provide a safe and secure living environment for residents, visitors and staff.
